I like to focus on how to use food and exercise as a medicine rather than rood restriction and exercise overload...

From a young age, I have always been very passionate about exercise and nutrition, which influenced my decision to study Health Psychology at Queen Margaret University and undergo a qualification in Nutrition.

 

I really enjoy helping others adopt a healthier attitude regarding their general well-being, eating and exercise habits. For this reason, I decided to create 'Blueberry'..

 

I have been working in New Zealand for the past year practicing personal training, nutrition and  conducting fitness classes. In New Zealand I also gained a qualification in  Menopause Training, I helped women alleviate their symptoms through a combination of diet and exercise.

 

My Personal Training approach is unintimidating, adaptable and rewarding for ALL levels.

 

I strongly believe that finding a good balance of exercise and diet can positively contribute to your overall health and general well-being. However, I also believe that everyone is different and and particular diets and exercise regimes might work for some but not others. Therefore, I would like to help you find your personal balance.
