'I have been attending Callie's classes for a while now. Its always a bit daunting joining an established group but I was made to feel so welcome from day 1. She makes sure to support all levels by encouraging you to do your best and helps you get there with great support and encouragement. Callie is very approachable and you can ask her anything, her knowledge base is great to tap into for a beginner or an expert. I attend 3 classes a week and what I have gotten out of it is well worth the time cost and effort. Even if you're not sure, honestly try 1 class, you'll soon be itching to do more and you will be made to feel so comfortable whatever your fitness level may be. Would love to say so much more but its best if you just came along and spoke to the group, you'll soon find your feet and you'll be a regular in no time :)' Male 33

I attend Callie’s classes and I do personal training with her. Her classes are welcoming and suit all fitness levels. Callie is a lovely person who makes you feel completely at ease. I had never done any exercise except walking when I met Callie and now I am so confident in health and fitness. Callies classes and PT have helped my mental health and my Asthma has improved by a massive amount. 'Callie holds and creates an amazing space for getting in shape and being social. When I first moved to Gala it was a great way to be active and meet new people, when I became pregnant Callie helped me personalise and adapt the exercise so I could continue being active and staying healthy up to my due date. ''Ive been going to Callie's classes for over 7 years now and I cannot recommend them more. Callie is great at challenging you depending on where you are on your fitness journey - whether you are looking to up your fitness considerably or take things at a slower pace (like if you're pregnant!). 'Before speaking with Callie I had hit a brick wall with regards to my training and my diet. I couldn't work out why I was losing no weight despite working out for almost 10 hours a week in the gym. Psychologically this was so tough to take. I was banging my bed against a wall. I was convinced something was wrong with me. 

 

After moaning to someone  at the gym about my predicament they recommended that Callie would be able to help and point me in the right direction. So I emailed Callie and she responded and asked me a few questions and quickly worked out that I was A) over training and b) eating the wrong foods and not eating as regularly as I should. After consultation, discussions, questions and answers, Callie gave me a comprehensive diet and exercise plan. I have been following it for six weeks now. It really has made a difference. Not only have I lost weight - and everyone says I have - but I also feel fitter and healthier. My state of mind is far more positive than it was before Callie gave me these plans. I'm eating foods I had never thought about eating before. My gym work is far more varied and more interesting.

Callie's comprehensive plans are superb. But not only that, Callie is also a lovely person to deal with. She answers my emails very quickly, and has always been happy to offer her time and advice whenever I have needed it.

"I would like to highly recommend Blueberry. Callie's health plan was easy to follow because it was tailored made for myself. The plan was a great choice as it consisted of a variety of foods to eat everyday so I didn't get too much of the same thing. More importantly she included a lot of meals that I love but simply made them healthier, which was half the battle for me. It has made me actually look forward to my daily meals.

 

Other areas which I found a massive help were Callie's advice for food substitutes in particular fatty foods, help with foods that I crave; again replacing them with healthier but enjoyable alternatives. Nak'd bars.. youre in for a treat if you haven't had one..

She listens to your concerns and goals and works out very detailed and personal training and nutritional programmes for you. 
Be ready to work hard as she is a hard task master but that's what you have her for.

"I had the great fortune in meeting Callie Johnston at a business meeting recently. I was obviously in the mood to make some changes to my fitness level and asked if I could have a fitness assessment. Callie was willing to come to my address and work within the space I have. She is very methodical and works through all the aspects of the body to find out where the areas that need work are. We have had 3 sessions so far in the last 3 weeks and I can already see a difference in both my strength and endurance. And also my determination to do something. Two days after each session I have been able to tell which muscles have been worked hard. The sessions are full of giggles and although she is very methodical, she is also very good at breaking things up so attention is kept high.
